醫學聯絡官與In-field insights
In-fieldinsights：他們是什么？為什么制藥公司需要他們？當被問及醫學聯絡官做什么時，很多有抱負的醫學聯絡官認為：是教育者，并和學術帶頭人討論治療領域的新進展。醫學聯絡官的基本職責是實現臨床數據共享，以及醫學事務中的教育培訓。然而，許多有抱負的（甚至是一些成熟的）醫學聯絡官忘記的最重要的事情是，每一次交流都應該是雙向的。
為什么醫藥代表和MSL應該聯手？
雖然如今制藥企業和醫療保健專業人員（HCPs）的互動有了更多的選擇，比如數字渠道，但是醫藥代表的個人拜訪依然是最主要的方式，不過，近年來藥企的這種個人拜訪模式又多了一個崗位，那就是MSL（醫學聯絡官）。

KOL管理是MSL工作的核心內容，既往以邀請學術會議為主要KOL維護手段的方式既不符合現在的醫藥行業環境，也難以體現MSL 的學術價值。消化早午餐項目為MSL提供了專業的拜訪和KOL管理工具，使MSL的拜訪可以圍繞學術內容以及治療領域進展與KOL展開討論及傳遞信息，并收集KOL的insight。對于KOL也可以通過參與學術早午餐項目，節約其檢索和閱讀文獻的時間。
